He holds a degree in Production Engineering, along with a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Administration and another postgraduate specialization in Master Business Innovation focused on Industry 4.0. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in industrial management, continuous improvement, innovation, and leading high-performance teams.

He has international experience, having undertaken professional and technical trips to countries such as Japan, the United States, China, Indonesia, and several regions across Europe, broadening his strategic and multicultural perspective on production processes and operational excellence.
